Despite their prevalence, eating disorders remain poorly understood and many clinical professionals receive little training on prevention, assessment, and treatment. Working with an eating disorder specialist can help fill in knowledge gaps and enhance skills for those working with this population.
Consultation
I offer one-time and ongoing consultation to licensed professionals working with eating disorder clients. Consultation is not considered supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians. Consultation is $160 for 60 minutes and is offered in-person and virtually. I request a brief, 10 minute phone conversation prior to scheduling to ensure that I am a good fit for your needs.
When is seeking professional consultation a good idea?

- When your client’s condition, or comments about food, weight, or exercise elicit strong feelings in you
